Mark a class as online and add your Zoom, Teams or Meet link. Only people with a confirmed booking see it, in their account and calendar. It never appears publicly or for anyone on the waitlist.
People join the waitlist for free. When a space opens, the next person is booked straight in and emailed. With the Waitlist offers bolt-on, you can hold the space for them to confirm instead.
Switch them on or off whenever you like from your admin panel. You're billed for the ones you have each month. Everything, bolt-ons included, is free for your first month.
Yes. Link to your Bookoo page, add the Website embed bolt-on to show your timetable on your site, or use your own web address.
Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and the money goes to you. Bookoo charges no booking fees; Stripe's standard card fees apply.
GDPR tools are included as standard: a privacy notice, consent for medical information, marketing opt-in with unsubscribe links, data export and deletion, automatic data clean-up and a staff access log.
